The Board of Directors of FGV Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad) ("FGV") refers to its previous statement dated 28th August, 2018 accompanying the announcement of its Quarterly Report on Consolidated Results for the Financial Period Ended 30th June, 2018. Further to the statement, the Board wishes to inform that a Notice of Inquiry has been issued to the Group President/Chief Executive Officer (“GP/CEO”) of FGV on 13th September, 2018 following the conclusion of internal investigations into 10 critical issues. Each of these issues has resulted in financial loss for FGV and its shareholders. Following the Notice of Inquiry, the GP/CEO's powers and authorities vested in him as the GP/CEO of FGV have been suspended commencing from 13th September, 2018, pending further notification by the Board. FGV will continue its business as usual. In the interim, the Special Board Committee 2 comprising of four (4) FGV Directors, namely its Chairman, Datuk Wira Azhar Abdul Hamid, Datuk Dr. Salmiah Ahmad, Dr. Mohamed Nazeeb P.Alithambi and Datin Hoi Lai Ping, will take over the responsibilities to perform the functions of the GP/CEO of FGV. （吉隆坡19日讯）拿督扎卡利亚果断辞去FGV控股（FGV，5222，主板种植股）首席执行员以及总裁职位，將让公司可以继续前进，分析员认为，这对公司是正面的消息。

联昌国际分析员指出，扎卡利亚辞职將让公司可以儘早委任新领导者，带领公司继续实现转亏为盈的计划。

扎卡利亚担任FGV控股首席执行员期间，不止一次因为公司的內部调查而被停职，在9月13日再次因为內部调查而遭停职之后，他在18日宣布辞去公司的职务。隨著他的离去，意味之前一切將告一段落。

不过，在新首席执行员人选还没有尘埃落定之前，该股暂不会被重估，领导层充斥不確定性、棕油价格下跌和柔佛新糖厂持续亏损等因素，將继续拖累其股价。

FGV控股今日盘中一度触及1.56令吉全天最高，闭市收在1.55令吉，涨4仙或2.65%，成交量为407万股。

联昌国际投行维持该股『守住』评级，目標价为1.67令吉。12名追踪该股的分析员当中，只有1名喊买，有2名喊卖，另外9名分析员给予「守住」评级，平均目標价为1.67令吉。【东方网财经】

FGV Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad) (“FGV”) wishes to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) dated 14 November 2018 has been signed with Dalian Commodity Exchange (“DCE”), one (1) of the futures exchanges under the supervision and administration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The MOU serves to express their intention to collaborate on the palm oil futures internationalization project, as DCE’s objective is to expand the palm oil futures delivery location regionally, including to Malaysia. The MOU sets out the understanding and intention of the parties during this interim exploratory period. The MOU shall remain valid for two (2) years or such extended period as agreed in writing by the parties. None of the Directors nor major shareholders of FGV or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the MOU. This announcement is dated 14 November 2018.
