莫实得第3季净利翻6倍

（吉隆坡30日讯）在一次性的脱售资產收益带动下，莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）2016財政年第3季（截至9月30日止）净利从去年同期的600万令吉，激增6.33倍，至4400万令吉；营业额则按年下滑4.57%，至20亿2340万令吉。

这也引领该公司2016財政年首9个月净利按年激增26.59倍，至2亿4830万令吉，去年同期净利为900万令吉；然而，营业额却按年减少4.36%，至59亿4910万令吉。

配合业绩出炉，莫实得控股宣布派发每股5仙股息，除权日为12月13日。

莫实得控股副主席兼集团董事经理丹斯里洛丁在文告中称，「儘管全球经济不稳定，集团大部份业务均取得成长，也意味著我们积极整顿核心业务的策略奏效。同时，棕油价格也有利于企业盈利表现。」

据文告，產业业务是莫实得控股盈利大幅增长的主要推手，该业务首9个月税前盈利达2亿3900万令吉。

同时，土地脱售收益和棕油价格走高，也带动其种植业务上涨至1亿9500万令吉。

此外，该公司贸易及工业和金融及投资业务税前盈利亦各別走高达8000万令吉和4600万令吉。

在眾多业务中，只有药剂业务税前盈利因財务成本偏高和特许经营业务贡献趋低，而下滑至5300万令吉。至于重工业业务，则蒙受1亿3400万令吉亏损。【东方网财经】

莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）截至9月杪第3季，取得4400万令吉净利，较上财年同季的600万令吉，按年跃升6.33倍。

不过，同季营业额按年小跌4.57%，从21亿2030万令吉减少至20亿2340万令吉。

合计9个月，受种植、产业与金融投资业务推动，莫实得净利按年猛涨26.59倍，从900万令吉涨至2亿4830万令吉。

但是，营业额从62亿2020万令吉，下跌至59亿4910万令吉，按年微滑4.36%。

行家建议：

莫实得的净利符合我们的预期，并预计下一季的净利也会保持这个水平。

不过，若扣除脱售种植地所获得的1亿1780万令吉一次性收益，以及脱售联号公司获得的1亿9830万令吉，莫实得首9个月实为净亏6800万令吉。

我们预料，贸易与制造业务以及药剂业务的增长平淡，并持续带来经常性收入。

该公司宣布派发每股5仙的第三中期股息，使首9个月的派息达14仙，符合我们的预测。

莫实得1.7亿购地　发展商业项目

（吉隆坡19日讯）莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）宣布，独资子公司--莫实得建筑私人有限公司（BCSB）与武装部队基金局（LTAT）签署土地买卖协议，建议以1亿7278万令吉，向后者收购位于武吉加里尔53.39英亩地皮中的10.74英亩土地。

据文告，上述面积10.74英亩的土地位於武吉加里尔，当中包括，5.75英亩的商用发展地皮、0.96英亩的停车场及4.03英亩的70个空置店屋土地。

该土地预计將在明年末季动工，并在未来3年发展商业项目，发展总值为3亿3300万令吉，而发展成本为2亿9700万令吉，该公司预计將从上述发展项目中获得3600万令吉的发展毛利。

文告指，莫实得控股將以此前配售附加股，所筹得的资金支付上述收购计划。

此项收购將增加莫实得控股的地库面积，该公司预计，完成此项发展计划后，该项目將为公司未来的营收作出正面贡献。【东方网财经】

莫实得末季净利翻28倍

（吉隆坡28日讯）随着莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）因脱售Boustead Sedili和莫实得石油行销私人有限公司（BPM）的资产，从中取得一笔收益，带动截至去年12月31日末季，净利按年激增28倍。

该集团净赚1亿2070万令吉或每股净利5.95仙，上财年同季为420万令吉或0.26仙。

此外，营业额从24亿4230万令吉，按年微跌0.82%，达24亿2220万令吉。

派息3.5仙

同时，该集团建议派发每股3.5仙第四次中期股息，除权日落在3月14日。

合计全年净利，莫实得净赚3亿6900万令吉，或每股净利20.03仙，按年飙涨27倍，上财年则录得1320万令吉净利或每股0.80仙。

这归功于从脱售Jendela Hikmat和Boustead Sedili，以及地皮中取得收益，加上种植及贸易与工业业务的营运业绩表现更佳。

至于全年营业额，则按年下跌3.36%至83亿7130万令吉。

经济前景虽充斥未知数
莫实得核心业务护航业绩

（吉隆坡15日讯）经济前景充斥未知数，但莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）有信心，在六大核心业务护航下，本财年业绩乐观。

该公司六大核心业务，包括房地产、种植、制药、重工业、金融与投资，以及贸易与工业，相当多样。

主席丹斯里莫哈默卡查理在今日发布的年报中指出，有信心在目前市况动温之际，通过强化主要业务根基，得以保住业绩的韧力。

他说，去年全球经济陷入僵局，投资和贸易呆滞；中国经济放缓和政治发展局势也引发市场波动。

“可幸的是，我国去年经济状况稳步上升，国内生产总值（GDP）上涨4.2%，受惠于国内需求与私人消费和投资的适度增长。”

展望未来，他认为，主要经济体将受到商品价格波动、政策不确定，以及地缘政策影响，整体大概维持去年相若格局，而我国经济今年估计增长4.5%，主要由内需推动。

莫哈默说，随着政府采取提高家庭收入政策，带动雇员薪金增长，料会激励私人消费。

去年盈利飙1.75倍

房地产和种植业务推动，莫实得2016财年税前盈利飙涨1.75倍，报7亿4000万令吉，营业额84亿令吉。

该公司在2013财年，营业额创历史高点112亿1200万令吉。

2016财年，莫实得共宣布4次派息，末季时建议派末期股息每股3.5仙，全年合共派息17.5仙。 【e南洋】

寶實得獲11.7億瀕海任務艦合約

（吉隆坡20日訊）寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿服）獲國防部11億7000萬令吉合約，打造4艘瀕海任務艦（LMS）。

寶實得向馬證交所報備，子公司Boustead Naval Shipyard私人有限公司，收到並接受國防部于3月17日寄出的意向書（LOA）。

該合約是大馬與中國政府之間的合作，在直接談判后頒給Boustead Naval Shipyard。是項合約將與中國的合伙船廠合作，執行期4年。

該公司指出，瀕海任務艦將由合伙船廠設計，首2艘任務艦將會在2019年和2020年于中國完成和交付，其余2艘則將在2021年于我國完成和交付。

上述合約將貢獻寶實得截至2017年12月底的財年收入，並在未來持續貢獻。【中国报财经】

Further to the announcement made on 4 November 2016, the Company wishes to inform that its subsidiary company, Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. ("BNS") had received and accepted the Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") dated 17 March 2017 from the Ministry of Defence Malaysia for the Contract to supply four (4) units of Littoral Mission Ships ("the Contract"). The Contract, which is a collaboration between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of People's Republic of China, was awarded to BNS under direct negotiation, for collaboration with a Partner Shipyard in China at a price of RM1.17 billion (including Goods and Services Tax), to be implemented over four (4) years effective from the date of signing of the LOA by BNS.  The Littoral Mission Ships will be designed by the Partner Shipyard and the first two (2) vessels will be built and delivered in China in 2019 and 2020, whilst the remaining two (2) vessels will be built and delivered in Malaysia in 2021. The Contract will have a positive effect on the earnings of BHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017, and will contribute positively to its future earnings. 业务全面改善　莫实得今年表现乐观

（吉隆坡6日讯）旗下多家子公司过去2天陆续召开股东大会后，莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）的股东大会今天压轴登场，管理层以没有任何理由可导致今年业绩比去年差，来说明他们对2017財政年表现的乐观期待。

该公司旗下业务去年多点开花，全年共取得84亿令吉的营收和5亿8900万令吉的净利，其中以產业发展和种植业务最为特出，但去年的净利有大部份是脱售资產所得的一次性收入。

莫实得控股副主席兼董事经理丹斯里洛丁在大会后向媒体表示，去年的净利表现是该公司上市以来的第2高，而他也表示，在去年经商环境如此艰鉅的局势中，公司仍能取得如此成绩，因此预计今年在所有业务均有改善的情况，將会为公司带来更大的贡献。

週息率前10名

「管理层接下来还是会持续脱售其他非核心资產，以让整体业务保持精简。」

去年莫实得控股共派发17.5仙的股息，以12月31日的股价计算，週息率达到了6.6%，洛丁表示，该公司绝对会是大马股市100大公司当中，週息率最高的前10名。

展望今年的產业发展业务，他表示，目前正在执行和今年將会推出的產业发展总值（GDV）,高达9亿91000万令吉。

洛丁也补充，以每公吨2700至2800令吉的棕油价格预测而言，其成本在每公吨1600令吉的种植业务，肯定能够取得可观的赚幅。

另外，对於油站业务，洛丁表示，「莫实得控股的BHP油站业务，接下来每年都会开设15至20家新油站。」

该公司的重工业务去年转亏为盈，洛丁表示，公司如今將专注造船业务，並且將与中国合作，希望可以製造出价格更具竞爭力的船只。

棕油价涨．莫实得控股首季转盈赚420万

（吉隆坡29日讯）受原棕油价量走高拉动，莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服组）截至2017年3月31日首季转亏为盈，由前期净亏2150万令吉转为净赚420万令吉。

派息2.5仙

业绩扭转劣势，该公司建议派发每股2.50仙股息，除权日为6月15日，6月23日享有。

该集团董事部文告披露，种植业务获税前盈利增长28.6%至5710万令吉，排除去年以3460万令吉脱售种植资产，核心净利走高483%，主要受原棕油价飙40%至每公吨3166令吉烘托，同期间棕仁油也飙68%，来到每公吨3204令吉。

棕油生产从厄尔尼诺炎热气候复苏，鲜果串增长13%至20万9526公吨，棕油与棕仁油萃取率达20.7%和4.5%。”

该集团副主席兼集团董事经理丹斯里洛丁表示：“集团旗下业务多元，我们欣慰大部份的业务取得良好表现。尤其种植业务成为领头羊，贸易与工业业务表现佳。”

首季营收增23.7亿

营业额首季由18亿5670万令吉增长28%至23亿7520万令吉，其中种植业营收受棕果高产与高价而走高38%，贸易工业业务受高汽油价提振飙45.0%，重工业则受濒海战斗舰与维修业务驱动走高29%，药剂业从公私医院与印尼营运需求改善业务更佳，产业、金融与投资业务持稳。

药剂业务因特许经营和私人领域业务提升，加上财务成本减低，税前盈利从去年同期2200万略增至2300万令吉。该业务融资成本亦走低15%。

汽油价与销售量走高，拉动BHPetrol与UAC Berhad表现强劲，令贸易与工业业务的税前盈利飙52.6%至2900万令吉。

金融与投资业务税前盈利飙61.5%至2100万令吉，主要因借贷减低拉低财务成本，而发附加股计划所得多余基金也贡献盈利表现。

产业业务面对MyTOWN购物中心启用成本，而从去年同期的1100万令吉盈利转为700万令吉亏损。去年，因售卖独立式洋房和油站地段而获偏高赚幅，推高去年的盈利表现。

重工业业务亏损从去年同期的7300万令吉收窄至5100万令吉，主要因濒海战斗舰工程和其他船只维修工程进展良好，带动造船与重工业业务转亏为盈。

业绩符预期．莫实得仰赖种植业

（吉隆坡30日讯）莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服组）首季净利符合预期，种植业仍是该集团主要收入来源，而贸易和制造与制药部门收入依然稳定，但重工业务仍十分波动。

肯纳格研究指出，该公司有高达91%种植面积的油棕树已经成熟，加上棕油价格在短期内依然正面，种植业务将会该公司主要收入来源。

另外，子公司发马物流（Pharmaniaga Logistics）获得政府特许经营合约以及油气产品分销业务带动走高，也将提振该公司收入，惟重工业务前景依然黯淡。

肯纳格给予莫实得控股“落后大市”评级，目标价为2令吉零9仙。

Boustead Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that it has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary company, Mutiara Nusa Sdn Bhd ("Mutiara Nusa") on 1 June 2017 under the Companies Act, 2016. Mutiara Nusa has a paid-up share capital of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares held by Boustead Properties Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boustead Holdings Berhad. The principal activity of Mutiara Nusa is property development. The incorporation of Mutiara Nusa is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of the BHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Boustead Holdings Berhad and/or any persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation. 国油勘探发90天通知函
莫实得直升机合约终止

（吉隆坡16日讯）莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）宣布，接获国油勘探私人有限公司的信函，终止直升机的供应合约。

莫实得今日向交易所报备，持股51%的子公司MHS航空有限公司（MHS），接获国油勘探私人有限公司（PCSB）90天终止合约的通知，该信函志期6月9日，此外，信函上也没有给予理由。

迫降后停止合作

回顾过去，双方于2011年6月29日签署该合约，MHS为PCSB提供5架EC225型直升机、装备和服务，以协助油气勘探和生产运作。

然而，当EC225型直升机于2012年，在大西洋北海迫降后，PCSB单方面停止了上述合作。

上述迫降意外与MHS和PCSB无关。

莫实得在去年9月，就此事向PCSB发出仲裁通告，索偿4276万810令吉、要求PCSB发表有责任支付MHS每月备用和固定费用的声明等8项索求。

因此，莫实得是在仲裁程序还在进行中，接获上述终止合约的通知。

Description	ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS BY MHS AVIATION BERHAD AGAINST PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN BHD
Further to our announcement on 1 September 2016, we wish to state that MHS Aviation Berhad (“MHS”), our 51% subsidiary, had received a letter dated 9 June 2017 from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”) giving MHS a 90 days’ notice of PCSB’s intention to terminate without cause contract dated 29 June 2011 for the Provision of Rotary Wing Aircraft, Equipment and Services (For Heavy Type Aircraft – EC225) (“Contract”). MHS received the said notice of termination while discussions between the parties regarding the above arbitration proceedings were ongoing. For its part, MHS has put on record that it did not agree that this termination notice has been validly issued. MHS views this as a breach of the Contract and will treat any attempt to terminate the said Contract on the basis of such notice as a repudiatory breach of the Contract. We will make further announcements on the development of this case. This  announcement is dated 16 June 2017.

（吉隆坡22日讯）莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）持股51%的子公司MHS航空有限公司（MHS），接获3家公司的信函，终止EC225型直升机的供应合约。

莫实得昨天向交易所报备，这3家公司分别是Sapura探测与生产公司、EQ石油（马）有限公司，及埃克森美孚（马）探测与生产公司。

国油勘探率先发难

这3家公司，分别向MHS发出90天终止合约的通知，信函志期6月16日和19日，此外，信函上没有给予理由。

上周五（16日），MHS同样接获国油勘探私人有限公司（PCSB）90天终止合约的通知，信函志期6月9日。

回顾过去，莫实得的供应合约是在2011年6月29日签署，MHS与上述4家公司为联营营运伙伴，MHS将提供EC225型直升机、装备和服务。

值得注意的是，MHS和PCSB目前还在进行这项合约的仲裁程序。

MHS重申，不认可该终止合约的通知是有效的，并认为对方违约，同时，正在寻求法律咨询。【e南洋】

Further to our announcement on 16 June 2017, we wish to inform that MHS Aviation Berhad (“MHS”), our 51% subsidiary, had also received termination letters from the parties mentioned below, each giving MHS a 90 days’ notice of the respective party’s intention to terminate the contract dated 29 June 2011 for the Provision of Rotary Wing Aircraft, Equipment and Services (For Heavy Type Aircraft – EC225) (“Contract”):- Party Date of termination letter 1. Sapura Exploration and Production (PM) Inc (“SEP”) 16 June 2017 2. EQ Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd (“EQP”) 19 June 2017 3. ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc  (“EMEPMI”) 19 June 2017 Together with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”), SEP, EQP and EMEPMI are Joint Operating Partners for the Contract.         MHS received termination notices from the above parties after PCSB had done so on 9 June 2017. MHS and PCSB are currently involved in an arbitration regarding disputes which arose from the said Contract. MHS has sought and obtained legal advice on these terminations. MHS has also put on record that it did not agree that these termination notices have been validly issued. MHS views this as a breach of the Contract by the said parties and will treat any attempt to terminate the said Contract on the basis of such notice as a repudiatory breach of the said Contract. 集团次季净赚5930万令吉，相等于每股3仙，显著逊于上财年同季的2亿2580万令吉，或每股4仙。

不过，营业额却从20亿6900万令吉，按年增加15.33%至23亿8620万令吉，归功于旗下业务普遍表现出色。

根据文告，由于棕油产品价格及鲜果串产量增加，推动了种植业务收入。

此外，随着燃油价格提高，带动贸易与工业业务的营业额增加。

制药、产业和金融与投资业务的收入略有减少，但仍优于去年同期。

半年赚6350万

合计首半年，净利按年削减68.91%至6350万令吉，或每股3.13仙，而营业额则年涨21.28%至47亿6140万令吉。

另外，莫实得亦宣布派发每股3仙的第二次中期股息，除权日和享有权益日，分别落在9月14日和18日，支付日则在9月28日。【e南洋】

与我们全年预测6900万令吉比较，莫实得2017财年首半年净利达6350万令吉，超出我们的预期。

莫实得次季宣布派发每股3仙第二次中期股息，让该公司2017财年上半年派息达5.5仙，符合预期。

我们预计，种植业务将支撑大部分净利。该公司91%的种植园已进入成熟期，展望很大程度取决于原棕油价格走势，而原棕油短期的前景看起来乐观。

尽管重工业业务转亏为盈，不过，我们预料该业务的前景依然不稳定。

纳入比预期好的重工业业务后，我们也调高2017与2018财年的净利预测，涨幅分别为35%及27%。

我们也把目标价从2.09令吉，上调至2.20令吉，并重申“低于大市”评级。
